Vinification
The base wine is made with Aglianico grapes destemmed and gently pressed. The wine is bottled and re-fermented in the bottle by adding grape must kept at a low temperature. Il Tocco di baal is a semi-sparkling wine, re-fermented in the bottle with indigenous yeasts, is undisgorged and unfiltered, with no added sugar and no added sulphites, is presented on the lees, cloudy, and not perfectly limpid.

Organoleptic characteristics
The colour is pale, veiled pink, with orange reflexes; to the nose it is fresh and fragrant, with strawberry and cherry notes. It is with lively bubbles, not too sparkling, with simple taste, but intense and fruity.

Serving suggestions
Great as an aperitivo, good pairing with pizza, focaccia and cured meats. Easy to drink wine, perfect for social gatherings.
